Josh Durdaller is one of the best service managers I have ever dealt with, with any product. I make sure that I always request him, as I have dealt with others and not been very satisfied. But Josh is absolutely the best. He deserves a raise or a bonus!

Cost Effective Service
With good people like Josh Durdaller handling my service arrangements, it's a pleasure to have my Genesis taken care of here. Of course it costs money, but I think the service and attention I've been getting is worth every penny.

Excellent customer/car service
Fast and prompt service. Manager even remembered my name from 3 months ago and that really impressed me. Shows that he is paying attention to business and his job. Made me feel special. Service was sooooo fast that I didn't even get to finish my free cup of coffee.

Fairfax Hyundai is great!
Salesmen keep the prices as promised, and maintenance/repair services are excellent. I take my Hyundai Elantra only to Fairfax Hyundai for maintenance and repair. The waiting area for the service department offers every possible amenity and is as comfortable as home.

Service & Staff
In the past, I have always dreaded taking a vehicle in for repair work, oil change, inspection, etc. Bringing my car to Fairfax Hyandai has always been a good experience. The staff is always friendly and explain exactly and thoroughly the work that was done on my vehicle. They also advise what the approximate cost will be for the work. It is great doing business with Fairfax Hyundai.

My experience with Fairfax Hyundai is always great. I bought my car there, so I get free oil changes for life, and they usually wash my car when I go for an oil change even though that wasn't done this last time. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, though, since it was freezing today.

Friendly, Clean and Reliable
Love your new location! I was worried that the larger facility would cause Hyundai to loose it's family friendly attitude but it didn't! The waiting room is the best and now I don't have to drink fountain water:) I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Fine Maintenance Facility
I did not buy my Genesis here, but I'm treated as if I did. My customer rep, Mr. Josh Durdaller is a gem. Pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and courteous all the while handling a very busy shop. I know that Consumer's Reports show that a majority of owners of all brands seem to prefer private auto maintenance facilities to dealerships, cost being a major determinant. So far the extra costs, if any, are more than offset by the service and the friendly attitude. They also have very good coffee in the customer waiting room.

Great place for service.
I bought my Santa Fe 4 years ago from this dealer and have been having service since then. They are very efficient in scheduling and actual service with reasonable chage. Josh at the service desk is the great guy, pleasant and through in explaining and accomodating customer needs. Although I live in Maryland I am gladly going to use this place as long as I own this car.
